About this event
Anjali Manoharan is an independent singer-songwriter and music educator from India. Her music explores alternative and indie pop, with influences drawn from jazz and contemporary singer-songwriters. Artists such as Lizzy McAlpine, Ariana Grande, Lianne La Havas, Laufey, and Phoebe Bridgers have inspired her sound and artistry.
Anjali has been releasing music since 2024 and is currently working on her debut EP. Her recent release, “Summer’s Calling,” was featured by Rolling Stone India. Her upcoming EP brings together songs including “Curls” and “Pieces,” each exploring different sides of her sound and songwriting.
At this special EP performance, Anjali will perform her original songs live with her band, Sanjai Shine on keys, Shankar Thyagarajan on bass and Gautam Menon in drums and give you an exclusive first listen to the EP before it officially goes live.
