About This Event

Presenting the second session of the East Coast Jazz Movement: A global melting pot of soundscapes and cultures! This concert brings together five internationally acclaimed artists from Chile, Argentina, Netherlands and India for a night where modern jazz converges with classical Indian, Latin American, and contemporary sounds.

Featured Artists:

Gaby Echevarria (Singer/Pianist): An Argentine talent blending her country's rich folk music with the freedom of jazz and pop, delivering soul-stirring vocal performances.

Moa Guevara (Guitarist/Composer): A celebrated Chilean guitarist who weaves together Western classical precision and South American folk traditions.

Maarten Visser (Saxophonist/Composer): Known for his mastery of contemporary improvised music, Visser, a Dutch artist based in Chennai, shapes the experimental core of the ensemble.

Manukrishnan (Percussionist/Drummer): A versatile drummer whose playing bridges the depth of Indian rhythmic thought with the freedom and texture of modern drumming.

Aravind Murali (Singer/Composer): A versatile voice from the South Indian film industry, adding an emotive layer to the evening's musical narrative.
