Consumers are granted a limited license to use the Fanpit platform to interact with businesses and manage their loyalty memberships. Businesses are granted a limited license to use the Fanpit platform to manage their loyalty programs and interact with consumers.

Both consumers and businesses are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Consumers are responsible for providing accurate information when following a business and signing up for their loyalty program. Businesses are responsible for maintaining accurate information about their loyalty programs and for fulfilling the rewards and benefits associated with their programs.

When a consumer follows a business on Fanpit, they are agreeing to sign up for that business's loyalty program and share their associated customer details and transaction data with the business. Businesses are responsible for clearly communicating the terms and conditions of their loyalty program to consumers.

Fanpit reserves the right to modify its pricing and fees at any time and at its sole discretion. Businesses agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their use of the Fanpit platform. Consumers may be subject to fees imposed by businesses in connection with their loyalty programs.

In no event shall Fanpit, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Fanpit platform.
